A product is a website you set up in GreatFeedback, with its own widget settings, feedback filter, and review history. You can connect its marketing site and app subdomain to the same product. Separately managed products use separate slots.

The value grows with the products you improve. Every plan combines visitor feedback, AI exploration, and a path into TopDo. Your team can collaborate within the included capacity, without buying a seat for every conversation.
What can we do during the trial?
We are in private beta. Sign up and we will notify you when access is available. Invited teams receive the published 14-day trial allowances. No card is required to join the list.
What does one AI review include?
One question, one audience perspective, and exploration of up to four public pages. The reviewer chooses useful links, drafts recommendations, and checks them against captured evidence. A review can find no supported change. Logged-in flows, visual layouts, and live interactions are outside its scope.
What happens when we reach an allowance?
There are no automatic overage charges. New reviews or submissions pause at their respective limits, and existing feedback remains readable. Paid allowances reset on the first of each month in UTC; the trial allowances are totals. You can review usage in workspace settings.
Does this include a TopDo subscription?
The GreatFeedback connection is included in every plan. Your destination TopDo workspace needs its own plan with integrations enabled. You choose which feedback or reports to send, and their evidence stays attached.
