Clear expectations, good collaboration

A few ground rules.

GreatFeedback.ai, operated by ML LABS, helps teams collect website visitor feedback, review public website content with AI, and connect findings to work in TopDo. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Verify your email to start your account. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for the websites you connect, the people you invite, and your workspace’s use of the service.

Use the service responsibly

Only connect websites and submit content you are authorized to process. Do not submit secrets, passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade usage controls, send abusive content, or use the service to interfere with other systems.

If you install the widget, provide appropriate notice to your visitors and meet the requirements applicable to your use of their feedback. Your team is responsible for how it handles that feedback and any follow-up contact.

AI output and connected work

AI reviews are interpretations, not feedback from real users, a security audit, a compliance certification, or a guarantee of improved business results. Review evidence and recommendations before acting. The current service reviews public page content; it does not test authenticated workflows or visual behavior.

You control when an item is sent to TopDo. A linked task’s status is informational and must be refreshed. A task marked closed is not proof that the original problem has been fixed.

Plans and billing

Published paid plans are Focus at $300, Growth at $800, and Portfolio at $2,000 per workspace per month, in USD. Any introductory offer and its duration are shown before purchase. Canceling does not restart an introductory offer. Taxes, where applicable, are shown by the payment provider before purchase.

The trial includes one website, three teammates, three AI reviews during 14 days from account activation, and 500 total visitor submissions. Paid usage allowances reset on the first day of each month in UTC. No automatic overage charges are applied. Existing reports remain readable when new AI reviews are paused for quota or payment reasons.

Saving a plan preference while payments are not open does not start a purchase. A paid subscription starts only through an enabled checkout that shows the applicable charges and terms. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled through the billing portal before renewal. Contact the operator for billing corrections or refund requests; do not assume a refund has been issued until confirmed.

Your content

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant ML LABS permission to store, process, display, export, and deliver it to the services you choose as needed to provide GreatFeedback. You can export feedback and request account/workspace deletion. We do not claim ownership of your product or ideas.

Service availability

The service is provided as available during development. Features, limits, and behavior may change, and interruptions or errors may occur. Keep copies of information essential to your business. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
